An applied art workshop that enables participants to learn the basics of plaster casting and creating paintings with a prominent character and aesthetic dimensions that add depth and elegance to the artwork.
During the workshop, the trainee learns how to prepare the gypsum mixture, casting or shaping methods, controlling thickness and protrusion, in addition to surface smoothing techniques and highlighting details before the final finishing stage.
The workshop aims to:
Developing the skill of mixing gypsum in the correct proportions
Mastering thickness control and creating balanced protrusions
Developing precision in shaping details and decorations
Enhancing artistic sense in the distribution of elements within the painting
Enabling the trainee to complete a finished plaster panel within the workshop time.
The workshop includes all tools and materials, and at the end of the day, the trainee will leave with a plaster sculpture of their own creation, reflecting their taste and artistic touch. ✨
