Duration: One day – Two hours
An applied art workshop that enables participants to learn the basics of terrazzo art and create modern pieces based on combining colors and small pieces within a special mixture that gives the work a distinctive and modern character.
During the workshop, the trainee learns how to prepare the mixture, choose and coordinate colors, distribute the pieces in a balanced way, and pour the mixture into the molds, in addition to finishing methods to obtain a smooth and aesthetic surface.
The workshop aims to:
Developing the skill of mixing ingredients in the correct proportions
Mastering the distribution of colors and pieces within the mold with visual balance
Developing an artistic sense in choosing color harmony
Enhancing accuracy in the casting and final finishing stages
Enabling the trainee to complete a finished terrazzo piece within the workshop time.
The workshop includes all tools and materials, and at the end of the day, the trainee will leave with a terrazzo piece of their own creation that reflects their taste and artistic touch. ✨
